• Gear Rack Production: multiple CNC Kesel gear rack production machines of 4.2 and 2.1 meter capacity

  • Capable of producing in metric and imperial units - 0.4 module (72 DP) to 50 module (0.5 DP)

  • Size range 450 mm (17.75”) face width and 12 m (39’) overall length

  • Straight, full depth and stub tooth forms in both spur and helical

• Closed Loop Gear Machining (CLGM): 5 axis CNC machining to produce round ears and other machined parts

• Screw and Nut Production: thread whirling to 12.2 m (40’) overall length and thread milling to 7.5 m (24.5’) overall length

  • Machine up to 160 mm (6.25”) diameter screw

  • Nut internal thread cutting up to 250 mm (10”) diameter

  • Lead, archimedean, reverse traverse, trapezoidal and a variety of screw and nut types

• Milling: range of milling machines gives capability of 915 mm (36”) maximum height by 915 mm (36”) maximum width at a length of up to 7.6 m (25’)

• Turning: range of turning machines gives capability to turn 800 mm (31.5”) maximum diameter to 7.5 m (24.5’) length

• Drilling: maximum length of 5 m (16.5’) and 56 mm (2.25”) maximum diameter

• Ending, Profiling, Slotting: as required to finish parts for client application

• Grinding: maximum diameter of 300 mm (12”) and 150 mm (6”) maximum diameter between 3.2 m (10.5’) centers

• Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) Inspection: in house CMM allows for quick and easy inspection of parts requiring advanced quality inspection as well as feedback to maintain the integrity of all manufacturing processes

• Gear Design and Manufacture Consultancy: In house partner relationships allow for design support of clients in gear and tool design, performance analysis, inspection as well as more classical part CNC programming
